The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission started accepting applications on March 30, 2022, to fill 7031 vacancies for TNPSC Group 4 posts. Candidates who are interested in applying for TNPSC Group 4 Jobs can submit their application using the direct link provided below if they meet the qualifications mentioned in the notification. The notification states that the TNPSC Group 4 application form can only be submitted through online mode and the last date to access the application is April 28, 2022, 11:59 PM.
You must register once to apply for any post or vacancy released by the TNPSC Examination Department. A single registration is valid for five years per applicant. To register again, log in to the official website of TNPSC exam department tnpscexams.in and select the New User link and fill out the one-time form. In the new user application form, your details such as name, address, location, educational qualification, and age limit will be asked. After all the details are registered, provide your email address and mobile number to send the OTP. A one-time password OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email address.
Enter the OTP you received and hit the submit button. On the next page, you will be given the option to save your signature and photo in jpg/gif format. After adding the signature and photo, click on the save button. The signature and photograph should not exceed 50kb. Then choose any of the options such as Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card and pay a one-time registration fee of Rs.100 as an application fee.
Step 3:After successful completion of the one-time registration, the one-time traveler has to log in with a username and password. Then, they should click the Apply button on that page. All the exam notifications published by the TNPSC exam department will then appear on the screen. In those notifications, they should click on the notification of the exam they want to apply for and log in. They should then enter all the details asked in the application form clearly and press the submit button. They will then be redirected to the How to Pay Fees page.
Step 4:When applying for the TNPSC Group 4 exam, you must pay the one-time application fee and exam fee as notified by the examination department online. You will only be allowed to write the exam if the exam fee is paid in full. All details related to exam fees and one-time fees are given in the table below.

All candidates are required to pay the one-time registration fee. The examination fee is free for some classes, with three free chances for some classes, and two free chances for other classes. Full details regarding these free opportunities are given below.

After filling out the application form, candidates will be redirected to the payment page to pay the exam fee. As of now, candidates can only pay the application fee online. Credit and debit cards issued by all banks can be used to pay the application fee online. Fees can also be paid through net banking; candidates should select the appropriate option for that.
Step 5:You can take a printout of your filled and submitted TNPSC Group 4 Application Form for your later reference after making full payment. Printing the application form is entirely at your discretion. The examination is not mandatory by the department. You can view or print your application using your already registered username and password. Retaining the printout of the application form is only for your future reference.
Only those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form will be issued the necessary admit card by the examination department in order to write the examination. With this Admit Card, you will be able to write the exam successfully.
To ensure that your TNPSC Group 4 Application Form uploads without any issues, you must scan your photograph and signature in the correct size before uploading the application. Before submitting the application form, ensure that the file size, dimensions, and format of the photograph and signature are as prescribed by the examination department. Before applying for any exam released by the TNPSC exam department, you need to check your physical fitness, educational qualification, and age limit, as these vary from exam to exam. Ensure that you are eligible for the exam you are applying for. Your hall ticket will be published on the official website of the exam department a few days before the exam and can be downloaded using your username and password. Check that all the details on your admit card are correct before proceeding to the exam, and then follow the instructions given. Once you pass the exam, important details such as certificate verification time and date will be sent to your mobile number and email address. Alternatively, you can visit the official website of the TNPSC exam department and enter your username and password to check the notification area.
You should not carry a calculator, cell phone, Bluetooth devices, or any other telecommunication devices when you enter the examination center. Candidates are not allowed to bring written slips, Books, notebooks, etc. into the examination center. Additionally, those who bring any illegal material into the examination center will not be permitted to enter.
You can use your one-time registration details username and password to check the current status of your application for the last TNPSC exam you applied for, or in case of an existing application. The examination department will only accept your application form if you have entered all the details asked in the form. You will be allowed to write the exam only if the application form is successfully accepted.
